Description of Work:
Provide support for the enterprise deployment of Office 365.
Develop communications plan implementing communications campaign.
Perform end-user impact assessment and document learning journeys for impacted workforce (potentially different from communication profile)
Develop and lead learning strategies (course, format, overview, release timing, audience, etc.).
Work with project team to identify early adopters, change agents and those who engage as influencers.
Determine learning strategies Word documents, links to Microsoft support, Intranet-based video on demand (VOD), written guides, etc.
Document as-is and to-be process flows and changes.
Document potential changes to business processes and roles.
Design and execute feedback mechanisms, including surveys, feedback email box, etc.
Identify the administrative process changes for the Email Administrators, paying attention to employee changes (i.e. employee relocations to other regions and LAN domains; AD information changes and changes for separated employees).
Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 6 years' of related work experience or Master's degree in a technical field and 4 years of related work experience.
5 years of experience providing project coordination and implementation support
3 years of experience defining and developing training strategies
3 years of experience gathering stakeholder and end-user requirements
3 years of experience developing and executing communications campaigns
Must be US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
Must be able to obtain and maintain Position of Public Trust
Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.
Knowledge, skills and abilities with Microsoft Office 365.
Knowledge and experience with Project Management strategies and processes.
Knowledge and skills in planning, scheduling and implementing administrator and end-user training.
Knowledge and skills in developing and executing training strategies and plans.
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft AD and LAN Domains.
Experience in developing and executing effective communications plans for enterprise end-users and specific target user groups.
