Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Business Process Analyst who will support projects a large federal agency. This position will be located in Woodlawn, MD.
The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Health Systems Management operating unit, which focuses on Healthcare IT solutions for our Federal, State, and Local government clients. The qualified candidate should also have strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Description of Work:
Responsibilities for this position include:
Provide meeting support, put together meeting agenda and minutes, and capture action items for meetings.
Coordinate distribution of reports, documents, other products to customer and team members.
Evaluate business processes, business process flows, principles in process improvements.
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics as well as interface with the customer on a daily basis.
Become knowledgeable on the CDM policies and procedures for the program.
Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.
?Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant work experience OR a minimum 6 years of relevant work experience as a Business Operations and Business Process Analyst in lieu of a degree
?Minimum of 2 years of handling administrative support, meeting and reporting support
?Minimum of 2 years of experience documenting processes and procedures
?Minimum of 1 year of experience in a business setting, and have the ability to understand organizational processes and procedures, protocols
?Must be US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (Green card holder)
?Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance
Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.
?Prior experience supporting the Social Security Administration or similar government agencies
?Understanding of business processes supporting IT programs, networks, and/or cyber security programs
?Understanding of technology, work flows, IT reporting, etc.
