Daily Duties:

  • Leads and directs one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and modification of IT projects that span across functional organizations.

  • Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team.

  • Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meets technical requirements of the assignment.

  • Keeps current on advances in the field of IT. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.

  • Ensuring the stable operation and efficient performance of the program.

  • Responsible for the monitoring and managing all aspects of the program to ensure it meets the performance metrics set by the customer.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of14 years of related IT experience OR a Master's degree with a minimum of12 years of related IT experience, or 9 years with a PhD

  • Ten years of technical security, information technology andleadership experience

  • Solid working knowledge of information technology, technical security systems such alarms, and access control, and Diplomatic Security standards.

  • Security Clearance TS clearance with upgrade to SCI required

  • US Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master'sDegree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other IT related discipline is preferred

  • Technical certification a plus

  • Government specified Enterprise Operations and Networks experience
