Leads and directs one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and modification of IT projects that span across functional organizations.
Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team.
Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meets technical requirements of the assignment.
Keeps current on advances in the field of IT. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
Ensuring the stable operation and efficient performance of the program.
Responsible for the monitoring and managing all aspects of the program to ensure it meets the performance metrics set by the customer.
A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of14 years of related IT experience OR a Master's degree with a minimum of12 years of related IT experience, or 9 years with a PhD
Ten years of technical security, information technology andleadership experience
Solid working knowledge of information technology, technical security systems such alarms, and access control, and Diplomatic Security standards.
Security Clearance TS clearance with upgrade to SCI required
Master'sDegree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other IT related discipline is preferred
Technical certification a plus
Government specified Enterprise Operations and Networks experience
