Extensive Quality Assurance systems management experience in Aerospace industry, ideally Booster development/design reviews, production, delivery and launch operations in a variety of austere locations/field-sites. This background includes direct experience in implementing and monitoring design configuration control, applying principals of quality process control to production as-needed, interfacing with Program and external customers for delivery requirements. Capabilities include ability to work in a digital environment, ensuring product outputs conform to established company and regulatory standards. Preferred experience includes post-delivery support and experience with customer operation centers.
In addition this position analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and electro-mechanical systems. Position requires extensive experience with anomaly investigation and assists in the development of dispositions, including investigating root cause and approving corrective actions for discrepancies. Experience Interfacing with all aspects of aerospace manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.

9 Years with Bachelors in Science; 7 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD.
Salary Range: $117,700 - $176,500
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
