Northrop Grumman's corporate office is seeking a Talent Operations Project Manager to drive operational excellence across the enterprise. This position will lead the operational aspects of ongoing Talent initiatives within the Corporate Talent Organization.
This position will be fully remote but will also consider applicants who prefer to work at the Falls Church, VA or Redondo Beach, CA location. We will consider a Level 2 or Level 3, based on the incumbents experience and education.
HR Project Manager
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assess, lead, and manage projects to streamline HR Talent processes as well as systems & tools
Review current Talent processes for automation and implement a solutions where feasible
Identify and implement long-term solutions to process challenges or changes to continuously drive operational efficiency.
Lead/manage strategies to improve our current Employee Referral Program
Serve as Operations lead for enterprise Talent projects
Facilitate enterprise Talent meetings as needed
Partner with other Talent Operations members to update/maintain/improve Talent MLE resources as needed
Basic Qualifications Level 2
High School diploma or GED and at least 7 years of Human Resources or related experience, 5 years of Human Resources or related experience with an Associate's degree , 3 years of Human Resources or related experience with a Bachelors degree; 1 year of Human Resources or related experience with a Master's degree.
Must demonstrate ability to grasp new concepts, understand new systems, processes, and procedures.
Must demonstrate ability to be process oriented and think strategically
Experience managing projects start to finish.
Experience prioritizing multiple projects and diverse project teams
Ability to function some-what independently in a high-volume, fast paced environment
Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
Occasional travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Power Automate
Previous HR or Operations experience
Experience leading teams or projects.
Principal HR Project Manager

Partner and influence stakeholders to drive operational successes across the Corporate Talent organization
Monitor and maintain Talent processes, procedures, and forms to ensure they are understood and followed.
Basic Qualifications Principal Level
High School diploma or GED and at least 10 years of Human Resources or related experience, 8 years of Human Resources or related experience with an Associate's degree , 6 years of Human Resources or related experience with a Bachelors degree; 4 year of Human Resources or related experience with a Master's degree.
Must demonstrate ability to grasp new concepts, understand new systems, processes, and procedures.
Must demonstrate ability to be process oriented and think strategically
Demonstrated project management skills. Experience leading and managing projects start to finish.
Experience prioritizing multiple projects, diverse project teams, and client relationships
Ability to function independently in a high-volume, fast paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
Occasional travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Power Automate
Previous HR or Operations experience
Agile/Lean/Six Sigma Training or Certification.
Salary Range: $65,500 - $98,300
Salary Range 2: $80,600 - $121,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
