Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking Staff Systems Software Analyst - 10582. This position will be a Telecommuter and will support the Sentinel program.

As an integral part of the Program Tools and Integration team, the successful candidate will aid in the effective and efficient use of the Product Lifecycle Management tool (CPLM) across the program as the Product Owner.

  • As the Product Owner (PO) you will be the team member primarily responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team (Seek and apply feedback frequently).

  • Serve as the voice of the customer by building and managing relationships with the user community (Connect with the customer).

  • Ensure that the product strategy and implementation remain connected throughout the value stream (Contribute to the vision and roadmap).

  • Will aggregate information from multiple sources and maintain business alignment. This role requires effective communication with various audiences (Support the team in delivering value).

  • Prioritize backlog to ensure items are worked in the correct sequence delivering the most value to the business (Manage and prioritize the team backlog).

  • As CPLM Sync Product Owner you will lead and architect data synchronization between air-gaped classification levels.

  • Consulting Engineer to the Program for CPLM user access to enable several dozen Suppliers to work and save data within the tool while maintaining the Program's required data separation.

  • Will serve as the program focal point for CPLM system standup and support across several unique environments.

  • Act as the primary system architect for delivering new CPLM requirements from the engineering homeroom to the appropriate development team.

  • Take ownership of the digital tools for CPLM user access requests both internal and external to NG.

  • Lead efforts to develop custom tools for automating the transfer of design data across several CPLM environments.

  • Perform regression and validation testing on multiple CPLM environments to lower risk posed by software upgrades.

  • As the program's Lead CPLM SME, provide Go / No Go vote for all CPLM software version rollouts.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Job Qualifications:

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 14 Years with Bachelors in Science; 12 Years with Masters; 09 Years with PhD or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.

  • Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years.

  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP)

  • Experience with software configuration management.

  • Experience working within an Agile development team.

  • Experience managing tasking via Jira and/or Agile development management platform.

  • Ability to obtain IAT Level II or above approved certification.

  • Excellent organization and communication skills

  • UAR Tool SME Lead (Tool used to request, review, and implement CPLM User Access changes).

  • Experience with CPLM as SME on 2 classified networks and 1 unclassified network.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Active Top Secret security clearance with adjudication in the last 6 years

  • Experience developing for SharePoint, K2, and/or Nintex

  • Experience developing workflows for SharePoint, K2, and/or Nintex

Salary Range: $146,300 - $219,500

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
