Northrop Grumman Technology Services Sector is seeking a Property Administrator to work in the Weapons System Support Center (WSSC) a state of the art avionics and weapons software laboratory located at Tinker AFB, OK. The candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of government property management responsibilities that supports Northrop Grumman Property Management and Contract Administration processes. This position requires unrestricted physical work and may include periodic short-term assistance in different work areas within the WSSC Material Operations department. The WSSC has strict set of security rules and protocols based on the Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide which must be followed at all times.



  • Coordinates government property processes for engineering projects, active test programs, and government customers.

  • Learns and adheres to company regulations regarding material requirements definitions, acquisitions, and government and company property life cycles.

  • Utilizes cross-functional supply chain processes to conduct operations associated with contractual authority, supplier interface, material handling, calibration recalls, user certifications, environmental constraints, records maintenance, and disposition.

  • Provides guidance on government regulations pertaining to property management when called upon by leadership or employees.

  • Physically handles a wide range of material of all sizes and shapes.

  • Prepares material for shipment (crafting / boxing / wrapping) per security guidelines.

  • Maintains shipping/receiving records (paper and database).

  • Performs basic quality inspections of received materials.

  • Maintains professional customer relations with Northrop Grumman and government personnel.

  • Manages and meets customer expectations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree with 6 or more years of property managementand/or procurement experience, or a Master's degree with 4 or more years of property management and/or procurement experience.

  • Must have an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance (or higher)awarded within the past 5 years.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintainadditional program clearances.

  • Must be ableto lift up to 45lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active B-2 Program Clearance

  • Experienceusing assetmanagement tools.

  • Possess a Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA), Certified Professional Property Manager (CPPM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification

  • Prior experience with FAR/DFAR regulations.
