Northrop Grumman Marine Systems has an opening for a Business Management Manager 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Sunnyvale, CA.
The Business Management manager will manage and support the IPT (Integrated Product Team) across a broad range of responsibilities to include but not limited to Risk & Opportunity Management, Change Management, Supplier Management, Proposal Support, and Financial Management.
Roles and Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to, the following:
Program resource management, including costestimation, allocation, tracking, and analysis.
Subcontractor invoicing and funding.
Estimate-at-Complete (EAC) preparation and review.
Management and development of Program Control Analyst(PCA) staff.
Preparation and presentation of financial data tointernal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts.
Compliance and financial reporting.
On-going collaboration with the customer andfunctional teams.
Review of contractual documents.
Assistance with contract negotiations.
Support of pricing and proposal activities.

To be consideredfor this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilitieslisted below:
Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with a minimumof 8 years of industry related experience in finance, accounting, orprogram control.
3 years of leadership experience directlymanaging people.
Strong experience with Earned ValueManagement.
Understanding of DOD contracts,government Cost Accounting Standards, and the FAR.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite,with summary and reporting knowledge of SAP, and COGNOS.
The willingness and ability to traveldomestically 10% of the time .
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
Prior experience preparing and presentingfinancial analysis to team and/or management.
Experience with financial forecastingsystems.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret level securityclearance.
