The Security Manager position is located in Sierra Vista, AZ


  • Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment

  • Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations

  • Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies

  • Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials

  • Conducts security education classes and security audits

  • Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken

  • Lead security team on an international basis in support of Direct Commercial Sale and Foreign Military Sales acquisitions

  • Develop Program Protection Implementation Plans (PPIP) specific to various international contracts.



  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 5 years related industrial security work experience

  • Must meet Special Program Access (SAP) eligibility requirements

  • Working knowledge of U.S. National Industrial Security Program as defined in DoD 5220.22-M National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)

  • Demonstrated experience in proposal development and development of Basis of Estimate (BOE)

  • Must be able to travel internationally

  • Must be a US Citizen and have active final DoD Top Secret security clearance to start

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in security supporting International classified programs

  • Security certifications such as Security+ Anti Tamper, OPSEC, CPP etc..

  • Demonstrated experience in Direct Commercial Sale and Foreign Military Sale programs

  • Experience in supporting or leading unmanned aerospace programs

  • Experience in supporting both Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) International programs

  • Working experience on Global Hawk program
