Northrop Grumman Quality Analyst 4 in Schriever AFB, Colorado
Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking a Quality Analyst 4 to join our team of qualified individuals on Schriever AFB, Colorado.
Build a future of excellence and become part of NG's Quality Assurance team, providing services for the Specialized Warfighter Development Contract (SWDC).
Qualified candidates must work as part of a team, demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, possess the ability to plan ahead and be customer- support focused. Individuals must also have demonstrated ability to evaluate whether documents, instructions and procedures are being followed during execution and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Implement SWDC program quality plans and procedures to execute the quality function
Using quality processes and concepts, and program specific tools, ensure compliance to program contractual requirements and the statement of work
Review, analyze and report on quality discrepancies related to SW/HW, installations/upgrade, system testing, for NG products and operational capabilities
Investigate problems and develop disposition and correcting actions for recurring discrepancies
Interface with product development, engineering, testers, customers, vendors and subcontractors and team members to ensure requirements are achieve
Audits and implement preventive/corrective actions and improvements
Support development and operations to ensure product systems are fully mission capable 24/7/365
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in a quality assurance or related experience
Holds current Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one (US Citizenship required)
Can work flexible schedules to include occasional off normal hours as necessary to meet commitments
Possesses good interpersonal skills to successfully interface with diverse groups or individuals
Can travel 10% of time as necessary to support installations and testing on customer sites
Self-starter with demonstrated problem-solving skills who can work with minimal direction
Missile Defense Agency program experience
Quality certifications such as ASQ and Lean Six Sigma
Software development lifecycle understanding
AGILE development process exposure
JAVA, C++, Linux, Redhat
Prior coding experience highly valued
