As the Principal or Sr. Principal Software Configuration Analyst , you will manage, all software and documentation assigned to the program. This is exciting time to join our growing team! This position will be based in CO Springs, Colorado.
In this role, you will:
Design, develop, maintain, coordinate the configuration management and document management processes to include process improvement.
Documentation and Software Inventory Management.
Perform spot checks to ensure process and system quality.
Actively use knowledge of Systems Engineering and Agile Development Methodologies to support the software development lifecycle.
Use Configuration Management tools and system auditing to support a fast-paced software delivery program.
Experience with Systems Engineering that can support the software configuration management needed on our program
This position can be staffed at a level 3 or 4 based on the basic qualifications below.
Level 3 Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of Document Management experience with Bachelor's degree or 3 Years of Document Management experience with a Master's degree
Software configuration database management experience
An active TS/SCI & Polygraph
Level 4 Basic Qualifications:
9 or more years of Document Management experience with Bachelor's in Science OR 3 Years of Document Management experience with a Master's degree
Software configuration database management experience
An active TS/SCI & Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications:
Inventory system tracking experience
Experience with software build procedure creation
Experience with software configuration management tools
Experience with Systems Integration and System/Software Testing, including virtualized environments, test environments and operational environments
Working knowledge in test plan/procedure preparation and test execution
Knowledge of DevOps pipeline implementation

Salary Range: $86,300 - $129,500
Salary Range 2: $107,000 - $160,400
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
