Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and/or services

  • Preparing bid packages, conducting bidders conferences, analyzing and evaluating proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting or recommending subcontractors, writing awards, and administering resulting subcontracts

  • Negotiating and coordinating additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3years of experience in at least one of the areas of subcontractsand/or procurement, global supply chain, contract negotiations, business, finance, or project management.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a SecretDoD clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance or Supply Chain Management

  • Active Secret DoD Clearance

  • Basic knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations

  • Experience with SAP or similar purchasing program
