This position will require expertise in Material Management, SAP Data Analysis and Earned Value Management supporting the U.S. Air Force's Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN) Follow On (BFO) Program. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to capture weekly EVMS metrics and interface with the programs Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) along with coordination with Global Supply Chain (GSC), Procurement and Production.
This position will be responsible for providing advisory assistance to BACN program management. Responsibilities will include cost and schedule budgeting/forecasting/reporting, weekly performance measurement and cost tracking, earned value updates, variance and estimate-to-complete analysis, and potentially various proposal efforts.
Position requires strong working relationships with peers, and IPT staff. Ideal candidate will support integrated cost/schedule management and analysis, providing actionable recommendations to management. Candidate should enjoy the challenges of working in a dynamic environment within an IPT. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to work effectively on project and functional teams; development of performance metrics, charts and ad-hoc reports; development of staffing plans; and ability to communicate and summarize detailed data to Management /IPTs.
Bachelor's Degree and 10 Years of relevant experience; 8 Years with Masters
SAP, Excel and Earned Value knowledge
Control Account Management experience with SAP material reports and hardware product release activities and processes from Hardware Engineering to Manufacturing to GSC to Procurement to Production.
