Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst 2 for our Rancho Bernardo, CA location.

The successful candidate must be able to work independently on multiple concurrent programs and proposals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop, analyze, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Integrated

Master Plan (IMP) if required compliant with IPMR DI-MGMT-8186A and Earned Value

Management System (EVMS) compliance requirements.

Ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.

Provide schedule planning analysis including:

DCMA 14-point

Critical Path and Driving Path Analysis

Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)

Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis

Provide weekly and monthly status, analysis, and reports to Program Managementand our customers.

Establish and/or create Performance tracking tools as required.

Provide Configuration control of the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).

Support audits, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Ability to perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis and make recommendations to solve problems

Ability to create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership

Ability to effectively work with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, and the Program/Project Manager

Basic Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 3 years of work experience in Program Management,

Industrial Engineering, Earned Value Management, Business, Finance, or System Engineering; OR a Master's degree with 1 year of work experience.

Active DoD Secret clearance and the ability to obtain program access.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of MS Project or Schedule Risk Assessment Software, such as Primavera

Proficiency with Microsoft office suite including Excel.

Certifications: PM, PMP or SP

Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or STEM

Active DoD Top Secret clearance

Experience in Schedule Management

Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles

Exposure to Aerospace Industry and Defense Acquisition programs
