Lead aTest IPT in support of thespecial programs integration and test team.Candidate will manage test requirements development, test campaign and procedure development, test equipment and instrumentation design, test infrastructure operations, system integration, test execution, test reporting and anomaly resolution. Coordinate requirements and results with customers. Develop yearly Capital Asset and NCTA forecasts and manage to allocated budgets. Support Proposal development for all activities. Maintain performance metrics and daily status reports. Develop and track closure plans for issues, risks, and opportunities. Assess earned value progress and forecast EAC. Help drive adoption of risk assessments, test automation, self-reporting configuration, virtual test environments, continuous integration,and otherAffordability Initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university

  • Minimum of 7 years of Engineering or Aerospace Experience

  • Active In-Scope DOD Top Secret Clearance

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS Degree in engineering or management; Program management experience; system test, hardware in the loop testing

  • Experience with software modification practices and Agile integration .

  • Hands-on experience in a leadership role on a recent Department of Defense test program.

  • Five or more years' experience as a manager.

  • Unmanned air vehicle experience.

  • Experience using earned value management systems.
