Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems (NGAS) is looking for a strategic and experienced International Campaign Leader for mission expansion and protection of our international Global Hawk and NATO AGS programs. This position is located in San Diego, CA. The selected candidate will be responsible for campaign development and execution to include customer engagement, strategy development, refinement, and implementation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate and provide strong team leadership and a collaborative mindset.
Develop and implement integrated campaign strategy for multiple international campaigns.
Understand the customer's mission requirements, including challenges to fully operationalizing and fielding the systems. Develop and present executive briefings to internal and external customers.
Ensure NGAS Global Strategies & Mission Solutions (GSMS) Leadership, along with the business unit and executive management is kept informed in a timely manner
Coordinate closely with program and in-country teams
Ensure capture teams are adequately prepared and resourced to successfully progress through all phases of the BAP.
Coordinate across functions and sectors to include corporate
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
7years of Business Development Experience
Campaign or Capture Management Experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain and active DOD Secret clearance
MBA or other Master's degree
Direct International business experience
Strong understanding of aerospace or defense production line/engineering environments
Military or operational background with experience in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission areas
Experience managing a cross functional team
International business experience, including cultural awareness and foreign military acquisition process knowledge
Multi-lingual candidates desired
Must have excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong leadership characteristics and sales presence.
Proven leadership skills with a diverse team and a winning track record.
Strong understanding and knowledge of U.S. Government foreign military sales and international acquisition/procurement policies and regulations.
Well versed in ITAR and export requirements
Well versed in the industry including deep knowledge ofour competitors and customers.
Ability to motivate and energize teams
Ability to develop and implement creativestrategies
Ability to travel internationally.
Must possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Must be results driven and possess experience working in a collaborative team environment across functional organizations.
