The AP-418 Mission Systems IPT is seeking an energetic, motivated, and organized individual to manage the office environment and support our 250 person team. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced and diverse environment that routinely engages across the program, with external organizations, and customers.

Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors assignment. May take and transcribe dictation. Leads team engagement event planning and execution. Coordinates with Security, Facilities, Maintenance, etc. Must have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Basic Qualifications:

- High School Diploma

- Six years demonstrated administrative support experience

- Proficient use of MS Office Suite

- Active TS/SSBI Clearance

- Ability to obtain Special Program Access

Preferred Qualifications:

- 6 years managing a large office environment

- Higher level education or professional training related to office administration or secretarial work

- Knowledge of Northrop Grumman office policies and travel policies

- Familiarly with Concur, iBuy, Archibus, and other NG tools
