Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Principal Configuration Analyst in support of the Sentinel program. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities, and associated infrastructure. This position is in Roy, UT . This position may also require occasional travel to Northrop Grumman and Government locations within the United States.
What You'll Get To Do
This role will report to the program's Configuration Management and Change Integration Manager and will work directly with Configuration and Data Management (CDM) Leadership in a wide role of tasks associated with configuration and data management.
Responsibilities Include:
Plans and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met.
Develop implementation plans to execute special projects to be accomplish within cost/ schedule plans.
Reviews contract to determine documentation required for each phase of project, applying knowledge of configuration, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system. Coordinates modification records for management control.
Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor.
Maintain Authoritative Sources of Truth (ASoT) data elements and provide requirements for architecture solutions to move and control data in alignment with mission needs.
Develop and coordinate updates to team Confluence.
Design integrated tools for accomplishing Configuration/ Data Management Team mission needs.
Work special projects on behalf of the Configuration and Data Management Team as needed.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Basic Qualifications
A minimum 6 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree;; 4 years with a master's; or 10 years of related experience may be accepted in-lieu of a degree
US citizenship with an Active DoD Secret Clearance obtained/reinvestigated within the last 6 years (or in CE)
Must be able to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) and a Top Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Siemens CPLM, Teamcenter, NX; JIRA, ICBM Weapon Systems Experience, EIA-649, MIL-HDBK-61 experience is preferred.
Experience with SharePoint design and access controls

Salary Range: $74,600 - $111,800
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
