Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal Project Manager/Cost Account Manager (CAM) to manage the various Digital Ecosystem Cost Accounts within the Sentinel program. As the PjM/CAM you will support the Digital Ecosystem Segment within the Sentinel program. The successful candidate should be detailed oriented, be able to work collaboratively with multi-disciplined teams, and have a proven track record of managing a variety of cost accounts.

The selected candidate will be required to work collaboratively with the Digital Ecosystem leads, program leadership, and our partners to successfully manage the assigned cost accounts. This position will be based in Roy, UT.

What You'll Get To Do:

As the PjM/CAM you will be able to:

  • Establish budgetary baselines for the Cyber and DE accounts with the Sentinel program.

  • Manage, track and report earned value metrics to senior program leadership and business management.

  • Support program integrated baseline reviews.

  • Manage and report on program schedules to senior leadership.

  • Support with project issues/risks identification and resolution plan development

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Job Qualifications:

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

  • 10 Years experience with Bachelors; 8 Years experience with Masters. An additional 4 years of relevant experience lieu of a degree.

  • Experience with cost plus and firm fixed price contract vehicles

  • Material account earned value management experience (EVMS)

  • Labor account EVMS experience

  • Subcontract labor account EVMS experience

  • Ability to develop and manage schedule tasks

  • Experience with integration of major subcontract schedules within prime integrated master schedule

  • Ability to use Microsoft Project

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Bachelors of Science Degree

  • Active Top Secret clearance

  • Risk management experience

  • Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Certification

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Experience with the management of Subcontract values

  • Experience with managing labor and material cost account

Salary Range: $92,400 - $138,600

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
