Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Principal Project Manager . This position is located at Roy, Utah and will support the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division.
What You'll Get To Do:
Leads a wide variety of Site Operations projects from initial concept development through implementation.
Develops, monitors and status' the preparation of business plans, statements of work, purchase orders, memorandum of agreements (MOAs), interdivisional work orders (IWOs), operating budgets, capital projects and Facilities overhead.
Develops and tracks budgets, forecasts, estimates-to-complete and variance reporting.
Works with construction projects, facilities drawings, and building/design layouts.
Interfaces with Sentinel, Advanced Programs and functional organizations to facilitate a collaborative team environment across all levels.
Creates Site Operations Principles & Operating Procedures (PrOPs), plans and procedures for the Roy campus (business resiliency, crisis & facilities management, and general operations).
Develops briefings, presentations and analyzes for Division and Senior SDS Leadership.
This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications:
6 years of experience with a Bachelors or 4 year of experience with a Masters. 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
In scope active DoD Clearance Secret level or above.
1 year experience leading or directing Facilities/Operations projects.
Northrop Grumman experience in Facilities, Construction management and integration.
Excellent communications skills and ability to interact with all stakeholders and SDS leadership.
3+ years of ICBM experience.

Salary Range: $74,600 - $111,800
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
