Northrop Grumman is seeking a Publications Coordinator 3/4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in our Roy, UT facility. This individual will be responsible for various graphic design projects and the programming, printing, and packaging of reproduction requests that vary in size and complexity. This role reports to the Manager of Creative Services.

What You Will Do

• Support the graphic design team with various jobs

• Ensure compliance and consistency to style guide standards

• Learn and help operate large production copiers, scanners, plotters, punching and binding equipment, paper cutter, photo printer, and laminator

• Select appropriate paper and other mediums based on reproduction request

• Package finished jobs for customers

• Notify customers when job is complete

• Coordinate shipment of finished jobs when required

• Ensure high-quality products are produced in a timely manner

• Serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues

• Perform minor maintenance on machines when necessary

• Keep assigned work area clean and organized

• Perform all other duties as assigned

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

This requisition may be filled at either a level 3 or a level 4

Basic Qualifications for a Level 3

• High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of additional experience working in a production/administrative environment

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

• Experience with Adobe products (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to provide weekend support, as needed by the business

• Ability to work overtime, as needed by the business

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 60 lbs

• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Basic Qualifications for a Level 4

• High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years of additional experience working in a production/administrative environment

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

• Ability to provide weekend support, as needed by the business

Salary Range: $45,800 - $76,300

Salary Range 2: $55,100 - $91,800

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
