Northrop Grumman Space Systems, Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division, is seeking an Agile Coach.This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the business portfolio for the Strategic Deterrent Systems Division which includes the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program, Ground Systems Sustainment Contract (GSSC) and related business development.

What you'll get To Do:

Lead programs or organizations in their adoption of Agile practices.

Provide best practices, process tailoring, training, and team and leadership coaching to enable effective Agile execution.

Support proposal development, risk management, release management, and project planning activities.

Assist in developing, maintaining, and continuously improving standard Agile training, practices, policies, and procedures across operations and development lifecycles.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Qualifications:

This req could be filled at level 3 or level 4

Y ou'll Bring These Qualifications for level 3:

U.S. citizen and ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance

5 years with Bachelor in Science; 3 years with Masters; 0 years with PhD

Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Excellent communication skills

Detail-oriented candidate with strong technical writing experience and natural process acumen

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Enterprise Agile coaching experience

Experience working in the Federal Government

Y ou'll Bring These Qualifications for level 4:

8 years with Bachelor in Science; 6 years with Masters; 2 years with PhD
