Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Software Engineer. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here.
What You'll Get To Do:
The successful candidate will support element level testing which includes:
Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment.
Participate in the development of Test Automation technologies for software and hardware qualification.
Execute Model Based System Engineering practices which will be used with DODAF and SysML principles
Collaborate with systems engineers, software engineers and lab users to ensure test requirements are met.
The candidate with also develop and release engineering documentation activies which include:
Performing data analysis against requirements and interfaces for each software build or hardware component
Interface with software developers and systems engineers in support of verification
Product integration, regression, and verification testing including checkout in system test labs.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
2 Years with Bachelors in Science; 0 Years with Masters
Active Secret clearance adjudicated within the last 6 years prior to commencement of employment
Familiar with software test automation technologies
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Ability to navigate requirements in DOORS
Technical experience in network, computer hardware and software, interconnection and/or interfacing technologies
Working knowledge of AGILE SW Development and test automation principles
Proficiency in MS Office
