Northrop Grumman's Strategic Deterrent Systems sector is seeking a Systems Test Manager 2 to join our team. This leadership role will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.
What you will get to do:
Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
Responsible for the direct supervision/management of the staff. Responsible for providing objective-oriented direction to subordinates utilizing management guidelines & general policies.
Responsibilities include: planning and program performance addressing cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality of a work package, subsystem, or related group of work packages.
Ensures that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Supervision of personnel working on the PSIL test hardware/software and integration into the Integrated Test Facility.
Working in a fast paced test environment and coordination with Systems Engineering, and multiple system IPT's for test resources and capabilities.
Create and maintain metrics, IMS status, cost, Risk and Issue/Opportunities to senior leadership and others on the program.

This position will have a standard work schedule of 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Minimum of a Bachelor's of Science in STEM
7 years of related experience with Bachelor's; 5 years with Master's; 3 years with PhD
Active DoD Secret clearance investigated within the last 5 years.
1 year of experience in EVMS
Top Secret Clearance with reinvestigation within the past 5 years or continuous evaluation
Working knowledge of MBSE and CAMEO
Working knowledge of AGILE in a test team environment
Working knowledge of DoDAF and SySML
