Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Software Engineer. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here.
What You'll Get To Do:
You will be a member of a team developing software products for the physical security system protecting high value assets. You will work with a multi-discipline systems team to generate requirements, develop and test software products, produce descriptions and usage documentation.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field in the Software/Information Technology Industry with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Will accept an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree.
Active Secret Clearance with re-investigation in the last 6 years.
Familiarity with OOP concepts and languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, Python.
Ability to work on cross-functional Scrum team focused on quality and capability delivery.
Familiarity with version control software (Bitbucket, Mercurial, Git, etc.).
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Agile development training and/or experience.
Familiarity working with complex enterprise systems.
Familiarity with testing and test automation best practices and tools (Junit, Selenium, Karma, and/or Protractor).
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery and related tools.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix and/or Windows operating systems.
