Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an Principal Test Conductor. This position will be located in Roy, Utah. The selected candidate will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here.
What You'll Get To Do:
GBSD System Test Team is looking for a Test Conductor in support of Lab Operations and Lab Development and test.
Support the development of test plans and test architecture for strategic missile end-to-end and flight tests and Lab infrastructure
Evaluate requirements and develop test concept of operations
Define and implement detailed test facility requirements
Support the development of pre-flight test missile requirement verification plans and lab testing
Stand up system test facilities and work closely with site stakeholders (Safety, Security, Product Teams)
Ability to work well in a team environment
Experience with trouble shooting systems under test and operation of test equipment

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience, or 8 years of equivalent experience in the area of aeronautical aviation test and/or evaluation/hardware support
Active DoD Secret Clearance
