This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure. The Nuclear Surety Thread Lead will own the portion of GBSD system requirements related to nuclear surety, allocation of those requirements to unit level, Requirements vs. Capabilities (R vs C), verification planning, analysis planning, and execution in a Model based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment. Significant customer coordination. Responsible for planning and executing the specialty Engineering, Manufacturing & Development (EMD) Statement of Work (SOW), proactively interfacing with other Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) organizations and GBSD IPTs to ensure successful flow down and verification of requirements.
