Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Guidance Computer IPT Manager (S03). This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.

The AVE SEI Operations Lead (Aerospace Vehicle Equipment Systems Engineering & Integration) Sr. Manager reports to the AVE Systems Engineering & Integration (AVE SE&I) Lead (Director) and is an integral member of the AVE SE&I leadership team. The Ops Lead focuses on ensuring operational excellence of the AVE SEI team. In addition, the Ops Lead acts as a delegated representative of the AVE SEI Lead as needed. This role includes ensuring lean-agile and scaled lean-agile implementation to drive excellent execution of the leadership team and the broader AVE SEI team.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM-related field of study and 8 years of experience.
3 years of management experience.
Active Secret clearance adjudicated within the last 5 years.
Broad understanding of Systems Engineering practices, methodologies, and products throughout the DoD acquisition lifecycle
Experience with Model-based Systems Engineering practices, methodologies, and implementations
Demonstrated understanding of the Program Management Process
Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies and practices
Prior Weapon System program experience
Previous experience managing employee performance and professional development
General understanding of Northrop Grumman Corporation Engineering Processes
Previous experience in developing and implementing strategies to drive employee engagement
Excellent communication, mentoring, interpersonal skills, and ability to interface with senior management, peers, and employees
An active DoD top secret clearance in scope (investigation within the last 6 years) and SAP/SAR program access
