Northrop Grumman's Chief Information Office (CIO) organization is currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Roy, UT. This role is responsible and accountable for providing program management leadership and direction for CIO strategy and operational activities related to Northrop Grumman business conducted by the Strategic Deterrent Systems Division in Northern Utah and other locations throughout the United States. The position will be located on the Roy Innovation Center Campus in Roy UT, just outside the north gate of Hill AFB.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead a matrix team and oversee multiple programs and projects to meet the Division's requirements for Chief Information Office services

• Ensure alignment between the Chief Information Office and Division / program / local business leadership

• Effectively interact with members of the CIO team to include cyber, classified IT, and business leadership teams to optimize strategies to support goals and objectives, including managing budget and costs

• Oversee proposal development, staffing plan development, product and service acquisition and delivery, teaming relationships and communication activities, thereby ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery and customer satisfaction

• Coordinate projects as required with the Division/Programs and interface with Service Delivery to manage/maintain service levels across all CIO related service offerings in support of the SDS Division

• Forecast and order computer equipment

• Approve, or ensure the approval of, technology for program standup and facility activation and decommission activities such as specified network equipment, fiber infrastructure, low voltage wiring, VoIP projects, etc.

• Plan and execute the appropriate Natural Disaster IT preparation and response

• Ensure services are appropriately delivered to engineering, quality assurance, and operations users.

This position may be filled at a higher level based on the qualifications below.

Basic Qualifications Level 3:

  • Bachelors Degree and 5 years of related experience

  • Secret Collateral clearance with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance and SAP access.

  • Must have experience in either project management, cost, budgets, or scheduling.

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience using the following MS Office Suite tools: Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Must have familiarity with technical solutions, infrastructure implementations, process/project documentation, and/or liaison interfacings for large enterprise organizations.

  • Demonstrated ability to pro-actively identify issues and solutions to those issues, and drives issues rapidly to closure.

  • Ability to organize, balance and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • Bachelors Degree and 9 years of related experience

  • Secret Collateral clearance with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance and SAP access.

  • Must have experience in either project management, cost, budgets, or scheduling.

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience using the following MS Office Suite tools: Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Must have familiarity with technical solutions, infrastructure implementations, process/project documentation, and/or liaison interfacings for large enterprise organizations.

  • Demonstrated ability to pro-actively identify issues and solutions to those issues, and drives issues rapidly to closure.

  • Ability to organize, balance and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Northrop Grumman Space Sector SDS Div or Sentinel Program Specific experience.

  • Broad background in IT Infrastructure, business applications, and operations.

  • Ability to perform risk & opportunity analysis and prepare detail cost and technical proposals.

  • Active Top Secret security clearance with an adjudication or reinvestigation date within the past 5 years, and the ability to maintain the required clearance; additionally, the selected candidate will be required to obtain SAP access

Salary Range: $90,400 - $135,600

Salary Range 2: $112,000 - $168,000

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
