Northrop Grumman Technology Services sector is seeking an SCA Repair Operator 4 to join our Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Support Center in Rolling Meadows, Illinois .
Cable fabrication, component replacement and Printed Circuit Board repair.
Utilizes general purpose test equipment.
Reads schematics and wiring diagrams.
Fabricates, repairs, and modifies complex electronic assemblies, circuit cards and wiring harnesses.
Provides direct Engineering Prototype Support
Supports EngineeringChange Order (ECO) efforts, providing reasonable labor estimates and defining process inspection points for the development of master routing travelers.
Identifies tools, supplies and resources needed to maintain the work area as serviceable.
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of6 years of repair capability experience(fabricating, repairing, and modifying complex electronic assemblies, circuit cards and wiring harnesses).
Must be able to obtain Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and all required internal soldering certifications.
Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance.
Must be able to work on-site in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
Experience using controlled drawings and work instructions.
Experience with the assembly and repair of military grade pins, connectors and the associated tooling.
Ability to assemble and disassemble electronic assemblies using detailed drawings and Technical Orders.
