Northrop Grumman Business Analyst with Manufacturing 5 in Rolling Meadows, Illinois
The Northrop Grumman Rolling Meadows Campus is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Manufacturing Business Analyst5 to join our team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will assist Manufacturing with specific duties to include:
Prepare monthly Sector Metric information in working with the OPM Managers to report Contract Delivery Performance, Program Financial Performance and Return to Green analysis, CPWL, DPWL, and other briefings/reports in support of division/sector manufacturing data calls. Ensures deadlines are met and builds OPM Organization reputation as one that meets commitments with quality input, first time, every time.
Coordinates and assists with driving execution of strategic initiatives and tasks initiated by the OPM Director by working with OPM Managers in the Rolling Meadows business areas.
Coordinates and plans Lunch & Learns and other key training/knowledge transfer activities for the OPM organization.
Earned Value Engagement including Sector standardization, coordinate consistent training within Manufacturing, support of Corporate, Program and Deliotte & Touche audits. Ensure standard processes regarding EAC's, WAD's, CR's, variance analysis and recertifications.
Support on time to contract and UOD (units of delivery) meetings internally and with DCMA to review MOCAS deliveries.
Proposal and BOE development with OPM's.
Monthly Financial Reporting including program performance and Support to Touch data.
Provides special support to Director OPM staff. Identifies potential leadership and business training to the OPM organization.
Bachelor's degree and 15 plus years of experience in business related field or a Masters with13 years business related experience
Demonstrated experience in working on teams or projects
Knowledge/Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivots and Word)
US citizen and ability to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with all levels of management
Experience in a financial/planning environment, scheduling and planning, strong analytical skills.
General knowledge of Manufacturing Processes
Analytical thinking, detailed planning, and presentation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others.
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
