Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for aProperty Administrator - 3to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA.

Administers property control program activities to ensure continual accountability of government, associate contractor, or company property in accordance with applicable government regulations or corporate policy. Maintains property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Contacts potential users and negotiates transfers. Conducts property audits; provides guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability; develops, recommends, and implements property administration policy.

Basic Qualifications:

  • An active in-scope DoD or Top Secret/SSBI clearance with the ability to obtain program access

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution- 8 years related work experience

  • Knowledge of the Government Property Clause FAR 52.245-1

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NPMA Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM)

  • Ability to interpret and formulate independent judgment based on federal regulation: specifically the Government Property Clause (FAR 52.245-1)
