The F-35 Global Supply Chain Program Management (GSCPM) team is seeking a Manager, Subcontracts Programs 2 to develop, implement and lead our overall GSC Affordability Strategy in support of Program Affordability and Financial Goals. The successful candidate will have full responsibility / accountability for GSC projects, interfacing with the Program to ensure GSC strategies are aligned with affordability initiatives and overall cost and schedule objectives. This role will require management of multifaceted projects through F-35 Program Blueprint for Affordability (BFA) proposals and processes, coordinating interdepartmental activity and integrating efforts across all GSC functions. Successful candidate will also align project scope and deliverables with customer requirements and work closely with the technical community on inputs related to cost reduction initiatives. This role will require coordination with contracts and business management on policy decisions regarding F-35 Program Right to Buy Agreements (RTB) and will be responsible for conducting program briefings, supporting cross-functional meetings and presenting key message communications with both internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Project Management

  • Knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations

  • Experience leading multi-disciplined teams

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance and special program access

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

  • Experience working on affordability projects
