Northrop Grumman is looking for an experiencedindividualto lead a multi-discipline team in the execution of design/development, subcontract management, manufacturing and test for two shipsets of flight hardware and software for the EPS-R Payload Products IPT. Disciplines will include RF, mixed signal, digital, antenna, flight software, test sets, product design and production.
The person selected for thisrole will manage a large work package, astaff of over 90 engineers and technicians, and have over 12 direct reports.

Bachelors of Science degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution
A minimum of7 years of experience in hardware design/development or production
Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage engineers and technicians in a process driven environment
Experience in program execution and demonstrated ability to meet program technical, cost, and schedule milestones
"Active" DOD Secret Clearance required to start
US Citizenship required
10 years of experience developing Electronics for military or spacecraft applications
Digital or Mixed signal unit, slice, board, and/or ASIC/FPGA design and development experience
Experience with protected SATCOM programs (Milstar/AEHF/EPS)
Experience with subcontract management
Experience with Northrop electronic production environment
Hands-on knowledge of programmatic/CAM processes, project planning and scheduling, cost control, change control, EVMS, staffing, coordination and oversight of technical work effort
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) across all levels of the organization
