Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems (NGAS) is seeking anIWO Program Manager / CAM and deployable payload antenna IPT lead responsible for completing an antenna EM MRR, fab and test of an EM, and participating in a payload CDR. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the following:
Antenna A: IWO to Astro Aerospace for a deployable ISA (low TRL, developmental item)
Antenna B: NGAS team responsible another small fixed antenna (high-TRL, significant reusing of existing product)
NGAS team responsible for the BFN and Hybrid assembly (includes some procurements)
NGAS team responsible for a hinge assembly for the 1st stage deployment of the antenna
NGAS SE team doing integrated performance modeling and integrated antenna mechanical, stress, thermal, etc. design.
Performance testing of EM in an antenna range and limited qual testing of high risk environments (vibe, shock, TBD)
Space Vehicle SE study activities

Bachelors of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) field from an accredited institution and5+ years of engineering experience in an aerospace environment OR Masters of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) field from an accredited institution and3+ years of engineering experience in an aerospace environment
Practical working experience with technical management preferably in either program IPT, and/or Advanced Systems, and/or technology, and/or functional environments
Control Account Management (CAM) experience and/or knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and risk management processes
Engineering background & experience in field relevant to Antennas & Electronics
Active In-Scope SCI Access Security Clearance
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tool suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree in technical field (Electrical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering, or Mathematical or Computer Science disciplines) and a minimum of9 years of Antenna experience,5 with a Master's degree
Prior assignment manager and/or performance management experience
Experience supporting ROM and TD/BOE development and cost exercises for proposal activities
Subcontract management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
