Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is seeking a Logistics Administrator 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the smooth internal operations of the lab's business processes. This position is located in Redondo Beach, CA.

In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to work approximately 85% of the time on administrative responsibilities, including:

  • Regularly review and report on lab inventory & purchase supplies

  • Create, review, and issue invoices and process payment requests/purchase orders.

  • Generate and deliver reports to management.

  • Make travel arrangements, set up and coordinate meetings and visits from inside and outside parties.

The selected candidate will be expected to work approximately 15% of the time on business development responsibilities, including:

  • Create and deliver quotes to new and existing customers for services.

Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.

  • Compiles, reviews and analyzes data.

  • Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.

  • May design processes to enhance work flow.

  • Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

4 Years of administrative or project management experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience with scheduling travel and expense reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability toobtain and maintain a security clearance (either DoD or SCI)
