Northrop Grumman Aerospace Sector is seeking an Earned Value Management Training Specialist 4 in our Space Division, Redondo Beach, CA facility.
The Earned Value Management Training Specialist 4 will report to the Manager of Earned Value Management and will be responsible for supporting Northrop Grumman Corporation Aerospace System (NGAS) programs for compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements and program implementation
Teach compliance to Programs with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements and program implementation support based on current EIA 748 standards
Identify and assess training needs within the Space Systems Division relative to the application of Earned Value Management
Develop, organize and conduct training programs
Create training modules and course material for both formal and informal training
Teach concepts relative to but not limited to Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), and Work Authorization Document (WAD) for compliance, Integrated Program Manager Reports (IPMR)MIL STD881
Familiarization with industry standards/developments to DCMA, PARCA DFARs, ANSI etc.
Create and conduct surveys for continuous improvement
Knowledge of basic training and presentation techniques
Working knowledge of industry standard tools such as Microsoft Project, and Deltek Cobra
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degrees with 10 years' experience in Business, Finance,Programs; OR Master's Degree with 8 years of experience
Working experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Industry standards EIA 748 guidelines
