Reviews engineering documentation, reports, specifications, and drawings to determine documentation and material requirements, ensure compliance with engineering specifications, and to ensure engineering orders reflect latest requirements. Analyzes proposed changes in product design to determine effect on documents such as drawings, test specifications, manuals, and ensures all documents have required approvals. Compiles release packages ensuring all documentation is present. Notifies appropriate departments of any new or updated data. Maintains audit trails. Researches and resolves inconsistencies with design, production, material, or program office. Coordinate with transportation for Mechanical Ground Support Equipment and Flight Hardware moves. Handle shipping and receiving of various sized items to and from offsite work locations. Ensure all property is properly updated using Northrop Grumman Property system for all moves. Status, Receive, inventory and track both Flight and Non-Flight equipment required for I&T use.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma and 2 years of related experience with inventory control and/or logistics

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP

  • Experience with ASSETSMART, SCATS, TEAMMS databases, Access and Excel

  • Must have clean driving record

  • Must have an active SSBI/SCI

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift certified

  • Pallet jack certified

  • Drawing interpretation

  • Haz Mat certified
