Northrop Grumman is seeking a Red Team Operator to join our team of qualified, diverse professionals located in Quantico, VA. The qualified applicant will become part of the Marine Corps Cyber Operations Group (MCCOG), Defensive Cyber Operation (DCO) Red Team. The applicant will provide technical expertise and guidance within the areas of network, host, mobile and web application exploitation.
Identifies intrusion or incident path and method. Isolates, blocks or removes threat access.
Train DCO team members to the highest red team standards
Continually improve red team abilities and value to internal customers
Plan and execute red team operations
Develop red team tactics, techniques and procedures
BS in Computer Science with 5 years of applicable experience. Additional four (4) years of work experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Must be able to obtain DoD 8570 Compliant for IAT Level II in 160 days
Must be TS/SCI eligible
Familiarity with open source, custom or proprietary penetration testing tools
Understanding of functionality and capabilities of computer network defense technologies, to include: Router ACLs, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Antivirus, Web Content Filtering
Familiarity with working on a DoD environment, preferably specific discipline in pen testing.
Offensive Security Certification Professional (OSCP)
Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE)
CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP)
