Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an Intelligence Analyst 3 to join our team of diverse individuals in the Charlottesville, VA area. The candidate shall conduct intelligence research and analysis of SIGINT, IMINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and DOMEX reporting to provide a baseline and 20 year projection of foreign marine, brown water, coastal defense and paramilitary forces, both composition and disposition. The candidate will also convert Government analysis by populating, editing, and validating numerous databases. Subject to Government policy, the candidate shall additionally assist with writing narrative assessments and building weapon system configuration tables in accordance with program requirements guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and five (5)+ years of experience in all-source analysis and support required, or High school diploma and nine (9) years of experience in all-source analysis and support required.

Five (5)+ of experience in the DoD and/or national intelligence communities

Must have prior Order of Battle (OB) experience.

Must have a minimum of one year experience using all-source data to analyze foreign forces, equipment, and C3 systems, converting the analysis into database format and providing narrative input explaining the logic behind the analysis.

Active TS/SCI clearance required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in collaborating with technical and military intelligence analysts across the intelligence community

Previous Military Intelligence experience
