SFWAS

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science, technical, engineering or mathematics (STEM) discipline

  • Active In-Scope DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance

  • At least 2 years of engineering experience in the field of software engineering

  • Able to work in Palmdale, CA

Preferred Qualifications:

  • C/C++ and Java programming experience in a Linux environment

  • Experience with full SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)

  • Ada or Python

  • DOORS

  • IDE's (Integrated Development Environment) such as Visual Studio or Eclipse

  • Configuration Management tools such as ClearCase/ClearQuest, Rhapsody, Git, or SVN (Subversion)

  • RTOS (Real-time Operating Systems) is a plus. Typically coincides with VxWorks or Green Hills

  • Front-end or back-end experience developing GUIs (Graphical User Interfaces)

  • Software display systems on aircraft

  • Formal security experience (Security+, CISSP, etc)
