Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is seeking a Project Integrator based in Palmdale, CA. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Will also be responsible for EVMS monitoring across multiple IPTs to ensure accurate charging and scheduling is occurring for the Program Manager. Will have a daily working knowledge of staffing levels as they relate to cost, schedule and forecasted growth on the program. Will update and collaborate with enterprise representatives any program risks or issues, while working with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting of closure or schedule activities that are being captured. Will update and maintain metrics on activities within the program on a pre-existing metrics program. A solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite is essential for a qualified candidate. Must be familiar with Excel spreadsheet and pivot tables. Must be willing to work outside of regimented statement of work activities and collaborate as a team to develop unique approaches to problem solving, scheduling and logistical challenges. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and 6 years ofsuccessful collaborativebackground with mid to large sized cross functionalgroups with proven results communicating and building relationships both inside and outside their organization or a Master's degree with 4 years of successful collaborative background with mid to large sized cross functional groups with proven results communicating and building relationships both inside and outside their organization.

An active in-scopeTop Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain program access as required.

Mastery of Microsoft Office.
