Oversees and manages the operational aspects of projects and serves as a liaison between the project team and integrated product team (IPT)/program leadership.
Plans, organizes, and directs projects utilizing a systems approach.
Works with project and leadership teams to ensure the effective management of schedule, budget, and risk.
Facilitates meetings and working groups to build consensus, ensure effective time management and task completion, and promote effective communication within the team and to leadership.
Assesses project risks/issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction of goals and objectives.
Plans, prepares, issues, and controls project along with schedules and coordinates with various functional groups to ensure projects are executed to schedule and expectations.
Negotiates engineering drawing release schedules and manages production change incorporation plans to effectively mitigate assembly disruption. Schedules and expedites the movement of parts or communicates other manufacturing changes through the generation of Work Release Orders
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of project management and or production environment is required
Proficiency in MS Project and Power Point
An active DOD Secret Clearance (having a 5 year review) is required to start and the ability to obtain program access clearance is required
Understanding of the change management process
