Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Project Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located in Palmdale.

The selected candidate will support a program IPT in executing multiple support activities.

Essential Functions:

This position will focus on developing and maintaining metrics, dashboards, and action items, which will be continuous contact and coordination with Program leadership, IPT leads, Program Directors, and other POC's for business areas. This position will also work with and around other Enterprise Operations tasking including, but not limited to Enterprise meetings, and rhythm.

This is a high visibility role that gets to integrate vertical and horizontally across theProgram to ensure successful program execution. Be prepared to do something different and challenging every day: tackle problems, and generate solutions.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years experience in a program office environment, project management, or proposal operations.

  • Active Top Secret DoD clearance with the ability to obtain Special Program Access.

  • Microsoft office suite experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree

  • Current Program Access
