Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems sector has an opening for a Manager, Project Management 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Palmdale, CA.

This position will report to the AS PM Homeroom Program Operations Director but takes day to day direction from the Strike Program Integration Director. This position is responsible for establishing metrics and providing program analysis to support program requirements to ensure the integrity of the baseline to meet program goals. Supports the organization of program data and develops briefings for PM and facilitates program reviews. Responsible to integrate, maintain, operate and update the infrastructure, tools and systems to support program execution. Manage the development and integration of all site related long range and annual program plans; provides visibility and monitors progress on these. Manage company investment activities such as capital and indirect investment efforts pertaining to facilities and IT capital and operations. Ensure the implementation and compliance of the data environment in accordance with Integrated Management Framework (IMF), Program Security, Operational Security, Information Security and Customer requirements

This individual will also be responsible for direct line of leadership for a team of program integrators to include performance management, staffing, career development/planning and engagement.
