Lead a Test IPT in support of the special programs integration and test. Candidate will manage test requirements development, test campaign and procedure development, test equipment and instrumentation design, test infrastructure operations, system integration, test execution, test reporting and anomaly resolution. Coordinate requirements and results with customers.Manage statement of work to baseline budget and program IMS. Support Proposal development for all activities. Maintain performance metrics and status reports. Develop and track closure plans for issues, risks, and opportunities. Assess earned value progress and forecast EAC. Help drive adoption of risk assessments, test automation, self-reporting configuration, virtual test environments, continuous integration, and other Affordability Initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree with minimum of10 years of Engineering or SystemTestExperience.
Active In-Scope DOD Top Secret Clearance
Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access
MS Degree in engineering or program management experience; system test, hardware in the loop testing
Hands-on experience in a leadership role on a Department of Defense test program.
Experience using earned value management systems.
