Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems sector is seeking a highly motivated Security Professional to join a dynamic and diverse program. The Security professional must be able to adapt to a fast paced and challenging work environment and must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified and proprietary materials. Specifically, the desired candidate will be responsible for investigating Security violations and preparing reports and obtaining corrective action in collaboration with Program Leadership and HR Business partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and processing all adverse information as mandated by Company and Government requirements. Prepares manuals outlining and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records.Conducts security education classes and security audits. The successful candidate must have in-depth understanding of the National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), JPAS, and SAP Manuals.
Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain special program access
Bachelors degree and 6 years Security experience ora Masters degree and 4 years security experience
Experience with security investigations
Experience writing reports
Masters degree in Criminal Justice
