The selected candidate will develop and implement electrical design integration plans in a lab environment supporting various space, aircraft, and ground systems. working knowledge of team center, and auto cad, is preferred. Will also be troubleshooting the systems within the Lab.
Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes. Knowledge of Python and C++, ability to troubleshoot lab equipment in an integrated environment. Maintain test configuration. Hand on test experience with command control.
Bachelorâ€™s degree within a science, technical, engineering or mathematics (STEM) discipline with9 years of test experience, Masters with7 years of experience or PHD with4 years ofprevious experience.
Experience creating and modifying electrical systems.
Experience troubleshooting systems to identify and assist in the correct the root cause.
Experience with creating, editing engineering drawings in VISIO, AUTOCAD or CATIA.
Active In-Scope (reviewed in the last 6 years)Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain program access.
Previous experience troubleshooting electrical subsystems or Line Replaceable Units (LRU).
Experience with leading small team of design engineers.
Experience in releasing drawings through an engineering release application like Team Center.
Experience with using various scopes including WireShark.
