Manage the ATDC Engineering IPT. Direct all aspects associated with planning, implementation and execution of the IPT to satisfy the programs key objectives. Provide planning and EVMS management to satisfy the contractual SOW. Ensure primary tasking is properly represented by the IMS. Provide leadership of a multi-disciplinary team to accomplish the SOW tasks within the program schedule and budget constraints. Resolve technical issues within the IPT. Manage suppliers to meet key deliveries within the schedule and cost requirements. Work accomplished typically supports long range strategic goals. Effectively communicate with multiple levels of customers and NG management. Provide team leadership throughout the various stages of a program maturation.When appropriate, interface with USG. Understand subject matter requirements. Create/utilize/baseline Joint Processes for all stakeholders (USG, Business Areas, other programs). Plan budgets and costs at start of efforts. Assign appropriate SMTs to Lead/support efforts. Integrate design, subject matter tools and metrics to support business area visibility. Empower/Develop/Train/ Mentor sub-IPTs and leadership within your team. Proactively identify risks and opportunities. Provide appropriate staff to each business area.Requires TS/SBI clearance.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 5 years leading an engineering design organization. A current DoD Top Secret clearance with SSBI is required. TS/SCI eligible clearance is also required.
