Our program is growing and we're in need of a motivated and adaptable individual to support our leadership team as Chief of Staff/Program Integration Director. As a strategist, consultant and implementer, the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities of the Vice President, Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC). Provides program level management and direction to ensure effective implementation and execution of the Integrated Management Framework across the enterprise including the sector processes for Manage Program, Manage Requirements, Manage Risk, Define Program, Integrate Plans and Schedules, Manage Change, and Manage Program Performance and Health. Ensures baseline integrity, performance and health of the Enterprise by providing analysis to ensure that both vertical and horizontal integration occurs across the Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Establishes Program long range and annual strategies, objectives, and plans for indirect, unallowable and allocation budgets. Coordinates, gains approval for, and publishes program direction for IPT structures, processes, and metrics. Manages program level customer interface to ensure customer satisfaction through award fee, USG assessments, program management reviews, or other mutually approved metrics. Establishes requirements and executes plans for information technology, facilities, staffing, security, and the integrated data environment. Directs and controls the execution of program level reviews and ensures the documentation, integration, and closure of action items.

Basic Qualifications:

Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires TS/SBI clearance. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall NG policy and procedures, IPT, shared services and functional department capabilities and interactions. Requires 8+ years of managerial experience.

Master's degree
